1. In this area you can select the drive letter of your card reader or digital camera from which you want to retrieve the data. 2. This area shows the characteristics of the selected storage device. Under Media you can see the type of the selected medium (removable, fixed etc.). Under Bytes per sector the number of bytes per sector for the selected medium is shown. Under Capacity, the total storage capacity of the selected medium is given in KB, MB or GB. Status shows the current status of the selected device (busy or ready). 3. Here you should specify a target folder by pressing "Browse" or simply entering the full path. MediaUndelete™ will save the reconstructed pictures to this folder. 4. Directly underneath, you can designate a filename template. If you enter "image", for example, then MediaUndelete™ will save the reconstructed pictures to the target folder with the filenames image1, image2, image3, etc. 5. When you click on "Start", MediaUndelete™ directly begins the data recovery and you can see the progress bar for an assessment of the remaining time. The Images found field will show you how many pictures have been found and reconstructed. 6. Use these buttons to initiate or terminate the data recovery process. 7. Yes, MediaUndelete™ can speak your language! Click on this button to select the your preferred language (if available). See more. 8. This button bring up the MediaUndelete™ About dialog where you can find the version and build number of MediaUndelete™, copyright and license information. 9. This button invokes the MediaUndelete™ Help file.
